CLASS LEVELS:
Level 1 suitable for beginners and those who prefer a slower, more gentle practice.
Level 2 suitable for those who have at least one year of regular yoga class attendance or home practice and want to deepen their experience of yoga asana
Level 1-2 a good all round class that provides a progression for beginners and can still challenge those with more experience
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of practice with an emphasis on sun salutations which combines principles of Iyengar and Ashtanga systems.
All the other classes are Hatha yoga in basis but with some elements of Vinyasa Flow introduced to level 1-2 and level 2 classes
BOOKING AND INFO:
Classes in red are organized and taught by Nicki Fulcher of REVIVE Yoga & Massage
Other classes are taught by Nicki but run by the venue.
